When you purchase, your payment is held by AccVault — not released to the seller until you confirm successful transfer. You have 48 hours to verify the account matches the listing. If anything is wrong, you open a dispute and we investigate. We've resolved 99.1% of disputes in favor of buyers.
This is why we require sellers to transfer the linked email and all recovery options. Once you have email access, you control the account permanently. Any seller attempting fraud is permanently banned and reported.
